The most likely culprit for sound issues is that our site requires both your media and your master/ringer volume to be turned up in order to hear sound. Other sites such as YouTube can override this setting but ours is unable to. If you have checked your settings and still not hearing any sound please try clearing your browser's cache/cookies/history, ensure cookies are enabled for our site, and check your browser's security settings to be sure sound is allowed for our site then give it another try.
